Delete your EVFolk account

In the app (fastest)

1. Optional: Settings → Export my data. We email you a copy (CSV and JSON, with photos and documents).
2. Open Settings → Delete account.
3. Confirm with your password, or by signing in again with Google or Apple if you use them.

You are signed out everywhere straight away and your public content disappears from the app. Your data is removed for good after 30 days.

If you can't open the app

Email hello@evfolk.com from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my EVFolk account". We'll check it's you and delete the account.

What is deleted

• Your profile and sign-in details, cars and photos, charges, places, tariffs, maintenance, documents and files, badges, blocks and mutes.
• Your check-ins, charger corrections and reports you filed.

What stays

• Chargers you added that we approved remain on the map, with your name removed.
• Backups rotate out on their schedule, and we may keep records of moderation decisions where needed to protect others.
