Carbon intensity of electricity generation: Ember, Yearly Electricity Data, licensed CC BY 4.0. National averages of generation, in grams of CO2e per kWh, using the latest year available for each country.

Petrol emissions: US EPA

8,887 grams of CO2 per US gallon of gasoline: EPA Greenhouse Gases Equivalencies Calculator. MPGe uses EPA's 33.705 kWh per gallon of gasoline equivalent.
